Stephen Boyd MCIOB Director

With over 30 years in the construction industry, Stephen has many years of knowledge and experience. Now based in Cornwall, the past 10 years have been dedicated to promoting offsite construction methods to self build projects and small developments. His role is to support and guide the whole team with practical advice, based on a philosophy of “get everything right first time” and encouraging lean methods of working.

Kate Marsh General Manager/Sales

Formerly a manager & buyer with John Lewis, Kate brings great management, organisational and communication skills to the team. Kate is responsible for all aspects of the business including the office, site support, customer enquiries and also manages our manufacturing, marketing and accounts processes. She launched the Garden Box and Cladding sections of the business and is responsible for the sales of these products. If you wish to speak to Kate directly, give her a call on 01872 865658.

Lucy Sanders Estimator

Lucy holds BSC in Architecture, Design & Structures. Lucy prides herself on her organisation and knowledge of the industry and works closely with the design team offering customers accurate quotations. Lucy is also responsible for window and door orders for projects.

Kathleen Green Marketing

Kathleen has been working in Sales, Marketing and Social Media for over 25 years. She will be working closely with the team at BWF to promote the business using Social Media, updating the portfolio of completed and current projects with our latest projects and spreading the word through Facebook and Twitter.

Chris Rule Designer & Logistics

Starting as an academic, Chris trained up as a degree qualified engineering designer, with additional qualifications in management and electronics. He has worked as a designer/ project manager in many engineering fields including highways, electronics, bespoke staircases and high end precision tooling. Chris has recently joined the team to help the company grow using his skills to support existing projects, enhance our product range and maintain our customer service and quality of delivery.
