Our Box Options
A simple choice of four timber clad Box sizes are available flat packed, off shelf ready for delivery. Pre-cut and fully designed SIPS panels come with all the components to complete the build using an experienced trades person. Built as well as our houses and combining aspirational design with quality, our Boxes provide stand alone contemporary structures, offering bespoke lifestyle solutions. A full list of components can be seen further down the page. Off the shelf designs are supplied in a shorter time, but elements of change can be discussed . Supply only or supply + install is available dependent on location.
A practical space giving you extra room for a couple of office desks, fabulous space for a beauty room a gym or fitness studio, kids play and gaming zone or simply add extra sleeping space for occasional visitors. Extra windows can be added to maximise views and light and the double doors can be repositioned if required.
The ultimate space ! Escape from drum kits and band practice. Create a kids playroom or cinema room/ gaming zone. Need an art studio / hobby room with space for materials and work in progress or extra space for a home business? Extra windows are available and doors can be repositioned if required.
Each Box comes with a double glazed sliding door and one window (either W1 or W2) included in the kit price.
If you want to maximise light/view why not add an extra window (or more) for £350+vat each. Windows can be placed on any elevation where there is a panel.

Each structure is designed for style ,functionality and longevity. The Boxes are pre fabricated with enhanced energy performing structural insulated panels (SIPS), designed with fire risks in mind, have a cavity and rain screen cladding along with thermally efficient double glazed windows and doors providing comfort and security. The Boxes also come with an electrical kit & brushed chrome sockets and lighting. These levels of quality, design and finish make our Boxes a product that can achieve building regulation approval for use as an extension or residential occupancy . As a structure not exceeding 2.5 metres high, planning permission will not be required in many situations

**A fully qualified electrician will be needed to wire and install electrics.
For installation of one of our boxes we recommend either using ourselves or an experienced team with good carpentry skills, knowledge of ground work and an understanding of ground condition’s. A fully qualified electrician will need to wire and install electrics. Prices of the boxes do not include delivery or installation. Delivery is subject to location.
