“We originally approached Kate at Building with Frames after seeing one of their Micro Boxes a year or so ago and started the discussions about building a bespoke studio for my wife to teach Yoga. We wanted the studio to be finished in cedar, and wherever possible, for the design and cladding to blend with the design of our house (the studio was to be located in our garden and so we wanted it to blend in with it’s surroundings wherever possible). Kate and the team were incredibly helpful and were more than happy to accommodate our needs at all times. The design quickly moved from a simply box idea, to a studio with separate shower room, separate toilet/washroom, stunning 4m bi-fold doors, an extended composite deck giving ample outside teaching space, and more composite decking to replace an old decked area and to create another composite decked area around a newly installed hot tub (we really couldn’t get enough of the decking – the ecodek product is an amazing one). It was so good to find a company that were happy to provide a true turnkey build and take on everything from the groundwork, to the build, to the finishing details…and to help keep the children and dogs entertained throughout! John was superb in managing the project throughout. He kept us informed of the progress at all times and was happy to ensure our needs were met (along with the build timescales). Justain and Clint worked incredibly hard to ensure the building was delivered on time, and to an extremely high standard. Sadie is now teaching from the Studio and it’s safe to say that she is very happy there. The quality of the finished build is simply exceptional and we cannot thank you enough for creating it. We have already passed your details on to a handful of people that have seen the space – all of which have commented on how brilliant the studio is and there will be many more positive comments I’m sure as people use the space.” J & S Edwards
